By accessing or using the AIQ Ltd website, requesting a quote, or engaging AIQ Ltd ("AIQ", "we", "our") for construction, architecture, engineering, project management or quantity surveying services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

AIQ Ltd is a Ghanaian multidisciplinary construction practice registered under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992). We provide commercial, residential, hospital, civil and infrastructure construction, as well as architecture, civil and building engineering, quantity surveying and project management services. Scope, deliverables, programme and fees for any engagement are governed by a separately executed written agreement.

Any quotation, fee proposal or indicative cost issued by AIQ Ltd is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Quotations are based on the information supplied by the client at the time of issue. Material changes to scope, site conditions, programme or specification may result in revised pricing.

AIQ Ltd treats client drawings, briefs, financial information and project data as confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties without written consent, except where required by law or by a competent regulatory authority.

All designs, drawings, models, specifications, reports and other documents produced by AIQ Ltd remain the intellectual property of AIQ Ltd until full payment for the relevant project stage has been received. On full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use those deliverables for the project for which they were prepared. Reuse on any other project requires our prior written consent.

AIQ Ltd is committed to safe working practices on every site we operate. All personnel, sub-contractors and visitors are required to comply with site safety procedures, applicable Ghanaian occupational health and safety regulations, and any project-specific HSE plan in force.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice. Late payments may attract interest at the prevailing Bank of Ghana policy rate plus 2% per annum, calculated daily, and may result in the suspension of works.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIQ Ltd's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. AIQ Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of revenue.

These Terms & Conditions and any engagement between AIQ Ltd and a client are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. The courts of Ghana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising hereunder.
